Step by step
How a repair goes.
1
Send a request
Tell us your name, how to reach you, and what your bike is doing. Plain words are fine.
2
We follow up
We get in touch to talk through the work and find a time for you to bring the bike in.
3
We confirm the price
We look the bike over on the stand and confirm the estimate with you before any work starts.
4
Ride it home
We let you know when the bike is ready, and you pick it up and get back on the road or trail.

What changes the price.
A from-price is where a job starts. These are the things that move it.
Your bike
Commuter, road and mountain bikes are built differently, so the same job can take more work on one than another.
Parts
Tubes, tires, pads, cables and chains are extra, priced by what fits your bike.
Extra labor
If we find more that needs fixing once the bike is on the stand, we tell you before doing it.
Condition
Rust, a bent wheel or a chain worn past its life can turn a quick fix into a longer one. We explain what we see.
Before you bring it in
Questions about repairs.
Do I need to know what’s wrong with my bike?
No. Tell us what you notice, like a noise, a wobble or brakes that feel off, and we work out the cause. You don’t need the names of any parts.
Is a service request a booked appointment?
No. A request lets us know what your bike needs. We contact you to talk about the work and confirm a time.
What kinds of bikes do you work on?
All kinds of bikes, from commuters to road and mountain bikes. If yours is something different, mention it in your request and we’ll talk it through.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the job and whether parts are needed. Send a request and we’ll tell you when we follow up.
Are the prices on this page final?
They are starting points. The final price depends on your bike and the parts it needs, and we confirm the estimate with you before work begins.
Ready for a repair?
Tell us what your bike is doing, and we’ll get back to you to sort out the work and a time to bring it in.
